Turbokick-o-thon

Well, The 1st EVER TurboKick-A-Thon here in Frisco was a smash hit!

We had near 250 Turbo Kick fans. We awarded prizes to people who have been Turbo-ing the longest (12 years won), who lost the most weight Turbo-ing (80 pounds) and who traveled the farthest to get

there (50 minutes was our winner).

It was 90 minutes of high energy, killer music and calorie crushing fun! Some posted that their Bodybuggs said they burned 800 and 1000 calories…WOW, that’s a workout!

We had a blast doing a mock flashmob and also wearing Jabbawockeez masks for our Finale!!

Of course there were a ton of pictures and video taken. 24 Hour Fitness was certainly proud of the turnout (and so was I)!

Antioxidants

Should you really seek out antioxidants?? Well, let me share what they do for you and then you decide:

Antioxidants prevent damage in the body. They do this by neutralizing free radicals. Free radicals damage tissue (everything is made of tissue), especially the organs and skin.

The Fit Mom

Turbokick-o-thon

I have been a Group Exercise Instructor for 24 Hour Fitness for just about 15 years now. They are my FAVORITE Fitness Franchise!

Since we have such a great relationship and I can PACK a house, they have asked me to host a TurboKick-a-thon on Saturday, September 8, 2012.

This is such a fun part of my job (like ANY of it’s tough)! I get the opportunity to get between 200-300 happy, energetic and hard working Turbo Kick Fanatics together and we Party like it’s 1999!

Don’t you worry, I’ll have plenty of video and pictures to share with you. When exercise is THIS FUN, how could anyone sleep in????
