Melissa’s Favorite Low Calorie ways to make Shakeology:

Chocolate and Chocolate Vegan:

Scoop or Packet of Shakeology
2 Tbsp PB2 or natural peanut butter1/2 a banana
8-10 oz unsweetened almond milk
4-6 oz water
Lots of ice
Blend

Tropical Strawberry Vegan:

Scoop or Packet of Shakeology
1 cup unsweetened frozen berries
8-10 oz unsweetened almond milk
4-6 oz water
Lots of ice
Blend

Greenberry:

Scoop or Packet of Shakeology
8-10 oz unsweetened almond milk
4-6 oz of water
2 Tbsp PB2 or natural peanut butter
1-2 Tbsp Fat Free/Sugar Free Pistachio or Cheesecake Pudding mix
1 or 2 Drops of mint extract
Lots of ice
Optional Stevia if you want it sweeter

My Story

One of my Goals this year was to open up about something I have been hiding for almost 39 years. It is painful for me to share because I have NEVER wanted pity or special treatment. Thanks to the support of so many, I’ve decided that I CAN use my story to help others. To my Mom, Diana Ferrell Crump Buster, my Husband, Mick McAllister, my Mentor, Chalene Johnson and all of my Family and Friends…thank you for believing in me and helping me reach MY potential! And of course, to my Dad for being there in spirit!!!!
