Time Management for your workouts
With your tight schedule it can be difficult to fit in a workout. Sometimes we schedule a time for it but something always seems to come up-it feels as though you are losing control of your time management! To alleviate this issue sometimes working out in the morning can be a benefit.
2) Set your alarm to wake you up with some motivational music. Oh, and to prevent you from hitting the snooze button too much, put your alarm clock across the room so you have to walk over to shut it off.
3) Schedule a workout play date with a workout buddy in the morning- so you are more obligated to go.
