Exercise is not a chore!
Exercising has been deemed as a chore in todays society. Sad thing is though, exercise can be a blast and something you cannot live without. Decades ago, it was said that all we needed to do was get our heartrate up by walking 30 minutes. This is NOT the case anymore! With remote controls, automatic garage door openers, microwaves, cleaning services and jobs that require us to sit at a desk for 8 hours, we need to get up ATLEAST 45 minutes a day, 5 times a week and work hard to maintain a healthy frame size and heart. People forget that their heart is a muscle…a muscle that contracts thousands of times a day for you to keep you alive. How can you neglect making it stronger. Without a healthy diet and some exercise, fat collects around your heart (not to mention the fat that travels through it) making it 3 to 5x’s more difficult to be. There will come a day that your heart will get prematurely tired and just give up!
